Hi, I’m Cindy — a lifelong wellness educator, fitness instructor, and passionate advocate for joyful, healthy living.

My journey in health and fitness began back in 1986 at the Kenneth Cooper Institute in Arlington, Texas. I was proud to be among the very first AFAA nationally certified group fitness instructors.

How long is the program?

The length of the program has variables. How faithfully are you working the program? What are your goals? How is your body responding? Do you have additional medical situations that may increase or decrease the length of the program.

Does it matter if I am using a GLP-1 or not?

Yes, this program provides a better quality of life with and without using GLP 1.

Should I choose coaching or a course?

There are advantanges to either method. 

Coaching is a more personalized method that gives you opportunity to ask quesitons, discuss goals, and be held accountable.

Taking the course allows you to fit the education into your day in a flexibility manner. Many need this flexibility due to their schedules. The course(s) give you quality, transformational information where if you are disciplined to put the information into action, you can have the same fabulous results.

Should I talk to my doctor first?

As with any health changes you make, whether it is a change in diet, exercise, or any other health contributing factors, it is always recommended you speak to your doctor first. So, yes, for that reason we recommend it.

How long until I see results?

Seeing results after making the lifestyle changes is never the same, as everyone is unique in their committment to change, their body makeup, and their own body’s response to lifestyle changes.
